After training in both Spain and France, for a total of six years, I graduated from “Ecole de Psychologues Praticiens” (EPP-Paris) and qualified as a Psychologist and Psychotherapist.

I am also a qualified Lifespan Integration Therapy practitioner.

I have worked in various contexts including a primary and a secondary school,

a hospital where I worked assessing children, and a home for adults with mental disabilities. I facilitated the formation of a Student Psychological Service at ICP University Paris and practiced there.

I am registered with the BPS (British Psychological Society)

INTEGRATIVE THERAPY

WHAT IS LIFESPAN INTEGRATION?

Integrative therapy is a combined approach, taking elements from various therapeutic techniques to best suit the client’s individual needs. Each individual who comes to therapy has specific and complex needs.

All therapeutic approaches (CBT, psychoanalysis, humanistic, other specific therapies) attempt to map the human mind as closely as possible and they often cover the same area with different emphases.

My training and experience enables me to assess the needs of each individual and adapt my practice to use the therapeutic tools which will be of most benefit to them.

Lifespan Integration aims to repair early childhood trauma by promoting neuronal integration of past events. Neuronal connections are enhanced by gentle but rapid repetition of chronological life events, bringing about an internal coherence of self.

My experience with Lifespan Integration has shown significant results, especially in healing wounds from past traumas which are creating barriers to moving forward and enjoying life.

As Lifespan Integration is a more in-depth approach, the session may last a bit longer and as a result the fee will be altered accordingly.

Skype sessions are possible after an initial face to face meeting.
